Pick one or more roles when you install. Each role changes three things: how gt writes drafts, briefs and summaries for you, which files every new project starts with, and the 12 one-tap buttons in your pane. Everything below is the real content of each role pack.
The agents that write for you (drafts, briefs, summaries, wrap-ups) get this audience line. The agents that find and check facts never do, so your role changes how things are said, never what is recorded as true.
Tap a button.
The pane sits beside Claude Code (2.1.287 or newer) and the number keys press the buttons. Rename, reorder, add or remove any of them, in plain words or with /gt-pane:gt-pane.
bash install.sh --vault ~/MyVault --persona developer,executive # later, inside Claude Code: /gt:gt-settings persona product-manager
More than one role is fine. Your role reorders and highlights; it never hides a command or changes what gt enforces.
